After working from home for the past two years, buying some new stylish and chic business casual outfits has been a treat! Even if you are not going back to the office full time, or even at all, continuing to wear sweatpants and other athleisure pieces doesn’t seem right anymore, or at least not for every day. Whether you are now a remote worker full time, or in a hybrid work situation, you may be feeling like I am and ready to step it up a notch. Mind you, i’m not talking about going from one extreme to another, business casual attire can be just as comfortable as leggings, in fact, it can be leggings, or anything else you may have been wearing. And, the best part is you can find pretty much anything you are looking for, with Amazon Fashion.

Full disclaimer, as you see in the header of this article, I am an Amazon Affiliate, but the reason why I am is because I was an Amazon addict first 😀 And, I figured I have given them so much of my money, why not get some back from them 🤷🏻‍♀️ You can read my full disclaimer linked in the header, but I never add links to anything I either haven’t purchased myself and like, or is something that looks good and has a lot of positive reviews. There is never any additional cost to people who end up purchasing anything from an affiliate link, which I think is important to know.

The key, and best part, of the business casual style is that you can dress it up or down easily with accessories and/or other pieces you probably already have in your wardrobe.

Finding stylish business casual outfits for women can be easier than you think, once you are able to truly define what this chic fashion aesthetic really is. Once you understand what the specific dress code is for your workplace, you’ll know how to mix and match other pieces in your closet.

Here are a couple of pieces that can be styled in many different ways, as an example. One of the outfits, I have and love, it’s the one piece sleeveless jumpsuit. I just wore it for Mother’s Day this year, in fact. I threw a 3/4 navy blue cardigan over it and paired it with kitten heel sandals. I also pulled the legs of the pants up slightly so that they sat halfway up my calves.

The way I would wear it for work is with similar shoes in the picture, strappy open toe heels, with the legs down at the ankles, and a bolero jacket or cropped blazer. And there are so many many other ways to wear it.

The blouse below is in one of my curated Amazon lists, so I haven’t purchased it yet, but I plan to. I absolutely love everything about it, the color, the easy sophistication of the cut and style, and the versatility; I can see this being worn with a pair of cutoff jean shorts and slip on sneakers, in the Spring and Summer, for a casual look, as well as together with a nice pair of slacks and heels, for a business casual look. It comes in several other colors as well, if Periwinkle Blue isn’t your thing.

I am lucky enough to work full time from home, even before the Pandemic, and I had a huge collection of work attire, but many of those pieces have gone unused for quite a while. I am happy to pull them back out now, and add to them, lol. In the meantime, I have been adding more and more pieces to my list, here. Take a look around, you may find something you like. How about you, do you have any pieces you absolutely love and would recommend?
